Refund Policy
A LabelPilot license is a digital product delivered immediately upon activation. This policy describes when refunds are available.
1. Subject
You purchase a non-exclusive software license (an intangible digital product). Delivery occurs when the license is bound to a server and the .lpl file is issued.
2. Eligibility
If the license has not yet been activated (not bound to a server), a refund is available within [14] days of payment.
After activation, refunds are granted if the Software is inoperable due to the Licensor's fault and the issue could not be resolved.
3. How to request a refund
Email h.fedorovskyi@outlook.com with your order number or license_id and the reason for the request.
4. Timelines
Requests are reviewed within [5] business days. Approved refunds are returned via Stripe to the original payment method within [10] business days.
5. Exceptions
No refund is provided after the license has been activated and used, except as expressly stated in section 2.
